Celebrity Chefs Make the Rounds
I believe I just saw chef Jonathan Waxman on Next Food Network Star on Sunday night, and tonight he's on Bravo TV's Top Chef.
It looks as if the nation's leading chefs have found a whole new revenue stream. More power to them.
Tonight's Top Chef opens with a Quickfire Challenge to make a pie from scratch and then moves on to the Elimination Round, for which the contestants must concoct a picnic on the grounds of Mount Vernon, George Washington's home.
Waxman serves as guest judge (he recently appeared as one of the four finalists on Top Chef Masters).
